JOB DESCRIPTION
Dean of the Faculty of International Relations at the University of Economics, Prague is seeking candidates for an Assistant Professor position at the Department of International Business, starting in the Summer 2018.
We are seeking candidates with teaching and research experience in the field of International Financial Management and related areas. The appointment (part- time or full- time) is for 3 years, with an option for a 3-year renewal subject to satisfactory performance, and an option for an indefinite contract after 6 years, subject to teaching and publication record.
This position will be more teaching oriented rather than research focused.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The candidates should hold a Ph.D. degree from a distinguished university. English is the only language required for the position, other languages are welcomed. Publication track should involve at least one peer-reviewed journal.

The Faculty of International Relations of the University of Economics, Prague (UEP), was founded in 1991 as a successor of the original Faculty of Commerce. Nowadays the Faculty has more than 200 academics, and there are around 3,500 students enrolled in the Bachelor’s and Master’s programs.
